TERMS & CONDITIONS

This contest is open to all FEVO cardholders residing in Singapore, except employees of MasterCard International Pte Ltd, EZ-Link Pte Ltd, its associate advertising companies and PR agencies and the immediate family members of such employees.

All required registration fields must be filled in, in order for the entry to be eligible. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

The entrant needs to agree to the contest terms and conditions before submitting the entry.

Participants are entitled to submit as many entries as they like, as long as they own a FEVO card.In the event that more than 1 (ONE) of their submissions are in the top 5 highest voted entries, the judges reserve the right to choose only 1 (ONE) of the submissions to win a prize.

Images are subject to administrative approval and must adhere to the MasterCard image guidelines. Click here to view MasterCard image guidelines.

Participants warrant that they are the owner of the rights to the images submitted for the contest, and the participant agrees to the use of the images for the contest. Participants are not permitted to use any images that are owned by or subject to copyright of third parties. The organizers reserve the right to disapprove, disqualify and remove any entry where the organizers are informed or have reasons to believe that any images submitted are in violation of any copyright.

All images are non-returnable, and the organizers and associate advertising companies reserve the right to use the images for future marketing activities.

Each person is entitled to only one vote per entry but can vote for more than one entry in the competition.

Contest period is from 01 January2010 to 31 March 2010. The contest closes at 23:59 hours on 31 March 2010.

The winners will be announced within 21 days after the contest closes.

By entering the contest, the winners consent to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this contest, and for his/her name to be used for publicity purposes in printed and/or online formats.

Winners will be notified by mail. When collecting the prize, winners will need to produce their NRIC and their FEVO card for verification.

Prizes must be claimed within 2 months from the announcement of winners. Any unclaimed prizes after the stipulated period will be forfeited.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

The organizers reserve the right to substitute the prizes with another of similar value without prior notice.
